Highlands Manor is a luxurious and elegant Assisted Living Facility that is licensed for only six residents.  We are located within Devonshire Highlands Estates subdivision in Northridge, on a quiet cul-de-sac. We provide our residents the highest quality of care in a large cheerful boutique setting, with luxury accommodations and attention to every detail. Our Care Team is carefully chosen and provided continuing in depth training, assuring superior care for our residents.  Come take a tour of our beautiful home — space is very limited!

Our Staff

Our caring staff is dedicated to assisting with daily needs while maintaining dignity and the highest level of independence.  Home-cooked meals, enriching activities, and a warm atmosphere are what brings comfort to our residents and their families. In addition, each staff member is certified in CPR and First Aide, along with continuous training on Dementia care that includes regular observation of each residents Physical, Mental, Emotional and Social function changes.

We understand that finding quality care for your loved ones can be challenging. We insist upon excellence throughout our operation: retaining experienced staff, creating thoughtful and engaging activity program, cooking tasty and healthy meals, and all other necessary assistive amenities. Our assisted living program emphasizes autonomy, dignity and privacy.

With this program, we put an emphasis on keeping residents as independent as possible with help in areas needed such as: bathing, dressing and medication supervision. We provide a structured plan of assistance along with set daily activities, recognizing individual routines, interests and abilities.
